Most in-person sessions range from $60–$80, depending on the trainer and location. Online sessions are often more affordable, since there's no travel or equipment setup—making them a great option if you're looking to save

What happens if I don’t like my trainer?

No problem. If your first session doesn’t feel right, we’ll refund the full cost—no questions asked. Then, we’ll work with you one-on-one to find a better fit, whether that means a different trainer, a new training style, or a dfferent plan

How does the eight‑week results guarantee work?

Do I need a gym membership?

No. Many Atlas trainers work out of private gyms or can meet you at home, outdoors, or online. If you already have a membership at a commercial gym, your trainer can train you there—as long as the gym allows outside trainers and your coach is comfortable with the setup.

What equipment do I need for at home workouts?
