As a former Division I football player and team captain at the University of Nevada, Reno, I know what it takes to perform at a high level — discipline, adaptability, and focus. Now, I bring that same mindset to functional performance training, helping athletes and everyday people move better, feel stronger, and perform with purpose — in sport and in life.
For athletes preparing for competition or hybrid athletes training for HYROX, DEKA, or endurance events, my programming bridges the gap between strength, power, and movement efficiency. Each session blends strength foundations, mobility development, and real-world conditioning — designed to enhance how your body performs, not just how it looks.
