How much does training cost?
All Atlas app features — reminders, scheduling, progress tracking, and trainer messaging — are included forever at no extra cost. You only pay for the training sessions you book, typically $50–$120 depending on the trainer and format. Bulk packages make sessions even more affordable.
Can I switch trainers if it's not a good fit?
Absolutely. If it’s not the right fit, you can switch at any time. Atlas will help you find a coach who better fits your goals and lifestyle — at no extra cost.
What if I have an injury?
Once your medical professional has cleared you to exercise, working with a trainer can play a key role in rehabilitation by designing safe, effective workouts tailored to your needs.”
