About

Nathaniel Reyes, M.S., CSCS, is a personal trainer specializing in movement restoration, functional strength, and active aging. With a master’s degree in kinesiology and a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and allied health, he combines evidence-based training with an individualized approach to help clients move better, become stronger, and feel more confident in their bodies. Drawing from his background in collegiate and competitive soccer, Nathaniel works with everyone from athletes seeking better performance to older adults focused on balance, bone health, and long-term independence. He believes effective training should meet you where you are, address how your body moves, and build strength that carries over into everyday life.
