About

Aidan Gray – Kinesiologist, Personal Trainer, and Yoga Instructor My name is Aidan Gray, and I am a dedicated kinesiologist, personal trainer, and experienced yoga instructor. My journey in fitness began at a young age through competitive sports such as karate and swim team. This early passion quickly evolved into a lifelong commitment to health and performance. Throughout my teenage years, I competed in varsity wrestling and developed an interest in natural bodybuilding. I pursued my passion further by studying personal training under IFBB professional bodybuilders, refining my expertise in strength training, physique development, and nutrition. I also began teaching yoga as soon as I was qualified, integrating flexibility and mobility training into my approach. I further advanced my knowledge and expertise by studying kinesiology at the University of Nevada, Reno. As a trainer, I am committed to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals, regardless of their starting point. Whether you are new to the gym and looking to master fundamental exercises safely or an experienced athlete seeking to enhance your performance and refine your physique, I provide tailored guidance to support your progress. My primary specialization is in natural physique transformations, helping clients build strength, improve body composition, and develop sustainable fitness habits.  I currently work with clients primarily with in-home visits for those who have a facility of their own, or via online coaching with regular check-ins! These services include nutrition guidance, detailed and tailored training programming and near 24/7 access to myself for guidance and feedback about anything that comes up in the fitness journey. I specialize in lifestyle training, and as someone who has experienced both chronic illness and a hectic schedule, I feel confident in helping even individuals with unique and challenging barriers to improving their own fitness.  If you are ready to take the next step in your fitness journey, I would love to be a part of your transformation. Feel free to introduce yourself or reach out with any questions—I look forward to working with you
