Hello! I am a Comprehensively Trained Pilates Instructor in Reno NV. I own a private/semi-private studio offering private or group classes limited to three clients. I am trained in all Pilates apparatus. I have been practicing Pilates for 10 years. I have been teaching Pilates for quite a few years now and have since opened my own studio. I teach all levels from beginner to advanced with optional weight training to elevate your practice. Pilates is for everyone regardless of age or fitness level.
