About
My passion for fitness began at a young age when I started doing CrossFit. I soon fell in love with how consistent physical activity improved every aspect of my daily life. That sparked a lifelong commitment to health and fitness, leading me to compete in Olympic weightlifting and, more recently, focus on functional fitness.
In addition to personal training, I’ve spent several years working in physical therapy clinics as both an intern and a technician, where I gained valuable insight into injury prevention, rehabilitation, and movement mechanics. I recently earned my B.S. in Kinesiology from UNR where I developed a strong foundation in exercise programming, movement analysis, and adapting training for diverse populations.
I’m passionate about helping others discover the strength and confidence that come from being fit and ready for anything life brings. I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients from young athletes, to older adults with injuries or mobility limitations and I truly believe fitness is for everyone. My goal is to inspire others to move better, live healthier lives.
