What if I have an injury?
If your medical professional has cleared you to exercise, then working with a trainer can be a critical part of the rehabilitative process, creating safe and effective workouts that meet your specific needs.
How much does it cost?
It’s free to sign up and use the Atlas app. You only pay for the training sessions you book. Most trainer rates range from $50 to $90 per session, depending on experience, specialization, and whether you're training in-person or online. Once you're matched, your trainer will walk you through options that fit your goals and budget—no hidden fees or surprise charges.

Atlas is a premium personal training platform that connects you with certified fitness professionals for in-person and online sessions. The app handles scheduling, progress tracking, and communication—all in one place.
Where does Atlas operate?
We’re currently available in Reno, NV and expanding soon. Our trainers can meet you at your home, outdoors, or a local gym—whatever works best for you.
Can I switch trainers if it's not a good fit?
Of course. You can cancel in the app or just let us know, and we’ll help you find someone who better matches your goals and personality.
