What happens on the matching call?

The complimentary 20-minute matching call is where we figure out if Atlas is the right fit for you. We'll talk about what you've tried before, what's held you back, and what the right specialist looks like for you now. I work closely with our trainers, so I can match you with the right person during the call. If it feels like a good fit, we'll schedule your free consultation with your specialist. If for some reason we don't have the right trainer for you, I'll go out and find you the right specialist at no cost.

Can I switch trainers if it's not a good fit?

Absolutely. If it's not the right fit, you can switch at any time. Atlas will help you find a coach who better fits your goals and lifestyle — at no extra cost.

Where can I train?

You can train at your gym, our trainers' gyms (including Elysium Wellness Club, Stimulus Fitness, American Iron Gym, Lift Workspace, and more), at home, and online. If you need other accommodations, we can discuss that during your matching call.

How much does training cost?

The majority of our clients use HSA/FSA to pay for training. If you have HSA savings, you can cover the full cost with pre-tax funds—paying $0 out of pocket. Most clients invest $850/month for 2 in-person sessions per week, personalized workouts through the Atlas app, nutrition guidance, habit coaching, and weekly program reviews. But the cost of training is built around what you actually need Online-only training is significantly less expensive. More frequent sessions raise the cost. We'll discuss budget on your matching call. During your initial call, we'll talk openly about your goals and budget to find what's right for you.
